What are the costs associated with setting up a profile on RezyPro
RezyPro charges an annual membership fee for hosting your profile on the platform.
There are no introduction fees. This means all communications between clients and experts are free.
RezyPro takes a small transaction fee (including Stripe payment processing fee) for services sold via the platform, everything else goes directly to the supplier of the work.
How do I receive payments for my sales on RezyPro
A customer makes a payment to RezyPro using any major credit or debit card, and then via an integration with Stripe, the payment is automatically split into our commission fee and the net total for the supplier (minus any Stripe transaction fees).
Can I track performance of my profile on RezyPro?
As a Supplier you will have access to up-to-date information on orders and messages in an easy to use reporting dashboard.
Clients are encouraged to leave reviews on services they have purchased and on profile interactions, which can then be displayed on your profile and on the relevant service(s) that were ordered. As the supplier you’re protected against any fake reviews, as customers can only make a written review after they have paid for a service ordered within the platform.

You can also use the ‘request a service’ function and interested suppliers will make contact with you directly.
Do you charge for using RezyPro?
No, the Rezy Pro service is completely free. Suppliers will quote for your job and advertise fee paying services on their profile.
